11 Newel Gallery hosts dinner party curated by Scent of Plate’s Chef Tessa Liebman and inspired by the exhibitions on views Effervescent Reflections. The menu consisted of purple sweet potato soups, gougères puffs, seared ribs, roast-off mushrooms with cauliflower and parsley, ending with a champagne jelly.
